2018 Greensboro Pride Festival Exhibitor Contract

  • DATE: The 2018 Greensboro Pride Festival will be held on Saturday, September 15th 2018 from 11:00AM to 5:00PM at South Elm Street between Market and Greene Streets.
  • SETUP/BREAKDOWN RULES: I/we agree to setup all displays on Saturday, September 15th 2018 between the hours of 9:00AM and 11:00AM. I/we agree to remove all display items and debris from the premises by 6:00PM the same evening.
  • BOOTH DETAILS: All booth spaces are 10’ wide x 10’ deep. Booths are assigned first come first serve basis. Please plan to bring your own tables, chairs and tents. I/we understand that Greensboro Pride Committee will make every effort to work with each exhibitor to assign a satisfactory location.
  • RULES & REGULATIONS: I/we agree to abide by the rules and regulations made by the Greensboro Pride Committee and the City of Greensboro, that provide guidelines for space and facilities in which portions of the event will be held. I/we understand that by completing the information below, I agree to the terms as listed about and the terms and condition page.

Special Rate Structure for Not For Profits  –  $100 with verification of 501c3 status.   After August 31st , 2017 rates go to $125.  Register early for the best spaces.
