PLEASE NOTE: Greensboro Pride and Alternative Resources of the Triad are NOT responsible for tracking MLM registrations. Registration is nonrefundable.

TIME: 11:00am – 6:00pm
LOCATION: South Elm Street in downtown Greensboro
REGISTRATION: Complete the form below. You will then be redirected to PayPal. No vendor registration will be complete and no booth space will be reserved without payment IN FULL. Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close on September 1 (or earlier if all vendor spaces are filled).
BOOTH SPACE: Each booth is 10’x10. If you need additional space, you must purchase an extra booth. There is no guarantee of booth location.
COST: $250

PLEASE NOTE: Greensboro Pride is unable to provide or guarantee electricity to any vendors. If your business requires electricity, please plan on providing your own.

PAYMENT:

Payment must be made at the time of registration. Upon completion of this form, you will be re-directed to PayPal to complete your registration. Failure to pay via PayPal will result in cancellation of your application, WITHOUT NOTICE.

SETUP/BREAKDOWN RULES: I/we agree to setup all displays on Sunday, October 1, 2023 between 9:00am – 11:00am. I/we agree to remove all display items and debris from the premises the same evening. *

BOOTH DETAILS: All booth spaces are 10’ wide x 10’ deep. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please plan to bring your own tables, chairs, tents, and necessary supplies. I/we understand that Greensboro Pride Committee will make every effort to work with each exhibitor to assign a satisfactory location. *

ELECTRICITY: Greensboro Pride CANNOT GUARANTEE the availability of electricity for any vendor. Vendors who need electricity should plan on providing their own source (i.e. generator). *

TENT WEIGHTS: I understand that I am responsible for providing my own tent weights and attaching them to my tent according to the manufacturer’s standards. *

RULES & REGULATIONS: I/we agree to abide by the rules and regulations made by the Greensboro Pride Committee and the City of Greensboro, that provide guidelines for space and facilities in which portions of the event will be held.
